As a Senior Vice President of the Reverse Mortgage Division at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Rob is recognized as one of the top Retirement Mortgage Specialists in the country. Since becoming Reverse Certified in 2015, he has successfully guided over 400 clients through the reverse mortgage process, making it his passion and professional niche.

Rob is an active member of several leading industry organizations, including the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Arizona, the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) of Arizona, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). He is also a certified continuing education instructor with Raise The Bar Real Estate School, partnering with the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors to educate thousands of real estate agents and Certified Financial Planners on the strategic use of housing wealth in retirement.

As the host of the podcast Retire Right with Reverse Rob—available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Play—Rob is passionate about breaking down myths and misconceptions about reverse mortgages and equipping people with accurate, actionable information.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending quality time with his wife of over 32 years, their five children, and their two yellow labs, Piper and Ollie. An outdoor enthusiast, he loves mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and traveling whenever possible.
